Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of Market Research and Trends, along with Marketing and Promotional Campaign management skills.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a goal-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals and site visits.
  • Advise clients on property options based on their needs and budget.
  • Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing and legal details.
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance and documentation teams.
  • Keep accuratere cords of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
